🍂 Fall is upon us!! 🍁 The weather is beautiful, and the fall colors are absolutely breathtaking! 🍂❤️

We wanted to take a moment to let you all know that things are moving along at Josefina’s Bistro! Who knew there’d be SO much involved in turning an empty shell of a building into a fully functioning restaurant?! 😅 With everything on the inside needing to be built from the ground up, it’s definitely been a process! But trust us when we say the wait is going to be worth it!! It’s going to be beautiful, and we can’t wait for you all to see it!

We know everyone is anxious to hear an opening date, and we promise we’re just as excited as you are! We’re not quite at the point where we can give you a specific date just yet, but we’re making progress and getting closer!! 🙌🎉

Thank you all for your continued patience, excitement, and support throughout this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors, share some amazing food, and finally see all your smiling faces again!! ❤️🍽️

Progress is being made at Josefina’s Bistro, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉 Construction is moving along, and while we’re still a little ways from opening, we are definitely getting closer! ❤️

We know so many of you are anxiously waiting for an opening date, and we promise—we want to share one with you just as much as you want to know! Unfortunately, we just don’t have one quite yet. As soon as we have a better idea of when we’ll be ready, we’ll be sure to share a projected opening date with everyone.

Thank you all for your incredible patience, excitement, and continued support. We can’t wait to welcome you through the doors and get you back to enjoying some absolutely delicious food from our amazing chef! 👨‍🍳❤️

🎉 Welcome to Josefina's Bistro! 🎉

We know many of you are just as excited and anxiously awaiting our opening as we are!

Unfortunately, construction is taking a little longer than expected, so our timeline has been delayed. We truly appreciate your patience as we work toward opening our doors.

We can't wait to welcome you to Josefina's Bistro and share an unforgettable dining experience with the Red Wing community. Our talented chef and owner has been hard at work creating an incredible menu featuring fresh, flavorful dishes that we know you'll love.
