We know many of you are just as excited and anxiously awaiting our opening as we are!

Unfortunately, construction is taking a little longer than expected, so our timeline has been delayed. We truly appreciate your patience as we work toward opening our doors.

We can't wait to welcome you to Josefina's Bistro and share an unforgettable dining experience with the Red Wing community. Our talented chef and owner has been hard at work creating an incredible menu featuring fresh, flavorful dishes that we know you'll love.
