In my 3 years participating in the local farmer’s market, I’ve heard countless customer stories along the lines of “I tried to do sourdough, but it never turned out”.

Lemme tell ya, I’ve wanted to bang my head against a wall on so many occasions over the last 4 years 😂 But trust me when I say there is no other feeling like NAILING a perfect loaf. Please don’t give up on it. Sourdough is a journey that tests your patience to the brink from time to time, but you are not alone in the struggle ❤️

Hello all!

I just wanted to give a quick update to my market attendance for the rest of the month:

October 10th: ✅
October 17th: ❌
October 24th: ✅
October 31st: ✅

We had an unexpected turn of events with a family member’s health so I will be taking October 17th off to go out of town to visit them. Please feel free to put in an order for pickup on Wednesday, October 14th if you are in need of something (orders due by Monday, October 12th evening).

I’ve been getting a lot of questions these last couple weeks: “What happens when summer markets are over?” ❄️

I do a weekly Wednesday pickup opportunity for anyone to pre-order items in the off-season!

How it works:
1. Send me a text or Facebook message to order 📱

2. ‼️Orders due by Monday evenings‼️

3. I accept Venmo or cash payment at pickup. If you do not pre-pay for your order and no-show your pickup, cash payment at pickup will not be accepted moving forward! (Please don’t be that person 🙃)

4. Please plan on picking up your order between 12PM and 5PM unless specifically arranged! I will shoot you a text or Facebook message when your order is ready for pickup as a reminder.

5. Send me a text or Facebook message with your ETA, when you are on your way, or have arrived and I will run your order out to you!

5. If you cannot pick up by 5PM, I have a pickup shed that I can put your items in when I head out for work shortly after 5PM. This shed contains a Venmo code and a cash box 😊

Proof that 4 years of sourdough experience means absolutely nothing with a new type of flour 🙈 I have been wanting to make Reuben sandwiches all summer and what better time than on my week off? It tastes delicious but I think it’s safe to say I won’t be adding marble rye sourdough to my menu anytime soon 😂
