¿Can you Feel the Love Tonight?💖

This day is great reminder of how we should be treated and loved throughout the whole year. Life is too short. 💞

Treat and love yourself because you deserve it! In order for us to love fully in our relationships (family, partners, friends) we need to be our best selves. To be our best selves we need to take care of and love ourselves 💯 You can treat yourselves in so many different ways: massage, working out, meditating, eating healthy, cooking, playing with your pups, reading, vacation, etc. There is no wrong way to treat yourself, so do it!! 🏝🥗💆🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

Some food for thought: How are you suppose to give your whole heart to others when you don’t do that for yourself?!?

Happy Monday!! Hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for an amazing week. 🎉

You know what this weekend is, right?? THE SUPER BOWL! ❤️Go 49ers!❤️ I love some football, but all the snacks and food that come with the super bowl party are even better. Our veggie burger sliders make the BEST super bowl appetizer. It comes on sprouted grain bread with lettuce, avocado, sprouts and our famous Framework Sauce. I can’t wait to taste all the amazing food at our ALL ORGANIC & VEGAN Super Bowl party!! What will you be snacking on during the super bowl?? 🍔🥗

Introducing one of our newest additions, the breakfast sandwich! 🍳🥬🥯 It is made up of Michael’s English Muffin, Chicken patty, greens, an over medium egg, avocado, and Framework sauce! 😱😛 This sandwich is amazing ANYTIME of the day!! You can get this from our vending machines in February and you can also order it when putting in your post workout meal order at !!

Happy New Year! 🎉 We are so sorry we have been missing for awhile. We have been in the middle of refocusing our business model! So we want to update you on what’s to come.

Here is our 20/20 Vision👀:
- We are partnering with local fitness studios around Raleigh starting with Shred4/15 next week! This is so convenient for gym-goers and helps them see better results, faster! See website for more detail. 💪🏼
- We are super excited to be launching our all organic hand crafted meal & drink vending machines. With everything being made by yours truly! These will be up and running mid-February! Stay tuned for updates. See website for more detail.🥗
- You can find our smoothies & Açaí Bowls at Cheeni Bakery in the YMCA downtown Raleigh!!🍓🥜🥤
