Before she's making your latte, Drey is navigating campus, heading to meetings, getting her homework done, and making the most of every minute of her day at NC State.

That's because Drey just started her second year at NC State University in the Elevate program!

One of the things we love most about Drey is how she shows up all-in for everything she cares about. Whether she's in the classroom or behind the bar, she works hard, stays focused, and always finds a way to make people smile along the way. (And of course always brings a little sass with her long the way!)

We're proud to have Drey on our team and even prouder to watch her balance college, work, and everything in between.

We’re still reliving last weekend with Lenovo and Intel at the Grounds for Innovation Bloc Party! ☕🎉

We had games, giveaways, and FREE coffee… talk about a pretty great lineup. 🙂‍↕️

At Food Lion, 321 Coffee can be found on the "Local Goodness" rack, alongside other local NC favorites!

The exact location of the Local Goodness display can vary by store, but one thing we know for sure: we LOVE that Food Lion is supporting local businesses and helping bring 321 Coffee to communities across North Carolina. 🙌

Spend 24 hours with us in Chicago! 🌆☕

This week, Orland School District, just outside of Chicago, invited our team to speak at their school year kickoff about inclusion, belonging, and the power of creating opportunities for everyone.

We hit the ground running for a packed 24 hours!

Lindsay kicked things off Monday morning before Emma and Megan joined her on stage for a panel discussion. They shared their experiences navigating different school systems and spoke about the important role educators play in creating environments where every student feels seen, valued, and included. They absolutely crushed it!!!

We love getting to step outside of the everyday coffee shop routine and share the lessons we're learning along the way. Every conversation creates more awareness. Greater awareness leads to more opportunities. And more opportunities help build a future where everyone has a chance to belong and thrive.

Chicago, thanks for having us. We'll see you again soon! ✈️

Every year when classes start back up at NC State, we find ourselves saying the same thing:

"Wow...we had absolutely no idea what was coming."

When we were freshman, we definitely didn't have "start a coffee company" on our bingo card.

We were just hanging out with friends when we noticed a problem, decided to do something about it, and refused to ignore an idea that felt worth pursuing.

A few years down the road, that looks like our own coffee roastery, three shops around Raleigh including one on NC State's Centennial Campus, and even our own NC State coffee.

So here's our back-to-school advice whether you're starting classes this week or longgg past graduation:

If there's an idea you can't stop thinking about, a problem that bugs you, or something you wish existed...

Don't ignore it.

You never know where it might lead!
