On August 2nd, and Conor Delaney are taking over Brodeto for one night only.

DeCicco grew up in an Italian American household, learning to cook the way most Italians do: at home, watching, waiting, tasting. He spent over a decade in Thomas Keller’s kitchens, most recently as Chef de Cuisine at The Surf Club Restaurant, where he helped earn the restaurant its first Michelin star. He now leads at The Dunlin, Auberge Collection.

Delaney serves as Culinary Director for Crawford Hospitality. He came up through New York’s top kitchens, including Per Se, Keller’s TAK Room as opening Sous Chef, and The Modern at MoMA.
