When the weather is this hot, we can’t think of anything better than a dozen fresh oysters in the garden 🦪☀️ Our oysters are sourced within 150 miles of 333 Belrose, typically from Virginia Beach or wherever Chef Ross Essner finds the best on the market. We will rotate our oysters throughout the summer, so every visit will be a chance to try something new! See you in the garden 💚

The beautiful new Belrose wouldn’t be possible without our incredibly talented designer Barbara Gisel, thank you for working your magic and giving our home a stunning new look 🤍 We are also excited for everyone to see the floral artwork throughout the restaurant, created by local Lambertville artist Tony LaSalle (Tony La Salle)!

With over 25 years of experience, Ross has cooked everywhere from France and England to Napa Valley, the Hamptons, and right here in Philadelphia. But beyond his impressive resume, what truly makes Ross special is his passion for hospitality, delicious food, and creating spaces that bring people together. After helping revive the iconic Columbus Inn and leading hospitality efforts with the Capano Management family for more than a decade, Ross is now bringing his talent and creativity to the 333 Belrose family as part of Capano’s continued hospitality vision. From world-class kitchens to your table, we are beyond excited to have him lead the culinary experience at 333 Belrose!
