I have some disappointing news to share. I'm currently out of state attending an event in New York and won't be back until Sunday night. Because of that, Güero's Salsa Verde will not be at the Rineyville Farmers Market this week.

But don't worry—you can still get your favorite chips and salsa! Head over to the Local Butcher Shop and stock up while supplies last. Once it's gone, it's gone!

Thank you all for your continued support. I appreciate every one of you, and I can't wait to see everyone back at the market next week.

From Salsa and Chips to a Food Trailer Dream

What started as a simple passion for making great salsa has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

As a U.S. Army veteran, I've always believed in hard work, dedication, and doing things the right way. Over the last ten years, I spent countless hours perfecting recipes, experimenting with fresh ingredients, and creating the bold, authentic flavors that would eventually become Güero's Salsa Verde.

It all began with salsa and chips. What started as sharing recipes with family and friends quickly turned into people asking for more. One batch became two. Two became dozens. Before long, Güero's Salsa Verde was becoming a local favorite, and the support from the community continued to grow.

With every jar sold and every bag of chips enjoyed, the vision became clearer. People weren't just enjoying the salsa—they wanted more of the flavors and recipes behind it. That's when the idea of a food trailer was born.

Today, Güero's Salsa Verde is taking the next step from a salsa business to a mobile kitchen serving fresh, flavorful Mexican-inspired food. The same commitment to quality ingredients, bold flavors, and homemade recipes that built our salsa will be at the heart of every taco, every dish, and every customer experience.

This journey has been built on faith, hard work, and the incredible support of our community. What began as a passion for salsa and chips is now becoming a destination for great food, and we're just getting started.

🚨 BIG NEWS, SALSA LOVERS! 🚨

Today marks a huge milestone for Güero's Salsa—I officially brought the trailer home! 🌮🔥

This is another major step toward bringing Kentucky's newest and most flavorful taco experience to life. After months of planning, hard work, and determination, we're finally entering the final stages before opening day.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be hosting a soft opening where everyone will have the chance to stop by, sample some of our delicious offerings, and get a taste of what's coming. Trust me—you won't want to miss it!

The journey is almost complete, and I couldn't be more excited to share it with all of you. Thank you for your continued support. Bigger things are just around the corner!

Unfortunately, with all the rain, we won’t be set up at the Rineyville Farmer’s Market today. While we’re disappointed to miss everyone, the good news is the delicious chips and salsa are still available and fully stocked!

What a turnout yesterday! Even with a quick rain shower rolling through, the rest of the day turned out absolutely amazing—and we’re gearing up for another great one today!

The weather is looking just right with a light breeze and only a touch of cloud cover. Vendors are already rolling in, setting the stage for an incredible day at the Rineyville Farmer’s Market.
