Back again after a little pause in content—but never a pause in the kitchen. Here’s a look at what I’ve been creating lately.

Another pairing dinner means another chance for me to get creative. Five Pacific Northwest wines, five courses, and a menu built specifically around what’s in the glass.

October 24th — come see what we’ve got planned.

What a great way to show appreciation for your team.

We had the chance to cater the Silgan Containers company picnic at the zoo, and it was such a nice event to be part of. Good food, families enjoying the day, and a company taking the time to celebrate the people who help keep things moving every day.

Really grateful we got to be a small part of their day. Thanks to Silgan Containers for having us out!

Summer catering rolled right into back-to-school season.

Still here. Still cooking. Still lucky to have a great crew beside me.

Busy is a good problem to have. Now maybe I’ll remember to take a few pictures along the way. 😏

Last course, same focus.

Dessert might be the finish, but it still gets the same attention as everything that came before it.

Pork tenderloin, broccolini, wild rice—and all the little details that bring the whole dish together.

This one was a good one. 🥃

These are the moments I enjoy the most. Everybody working together, heads down, getting it done…and then watching those plates head out to the guests.

Well… I got my page back.

Then I got busy doing what I actually do—cooking, events, working with my team—and apparently forgot I had a page to post on.

But I’m back.

And for the record, I appreciate everyone weighing in on the great beard debate.

Change is good. Trying new things is good.

I think I like the beard. 😉

Now back to the food.

🚨 TYLER’S TEAM HAS OFFICIALLY HACKED HIS PAGE! 🚨

We have a very important question that needs to be settled…

Chef Tyler: WITH or WITHOUT the facial hair? 🤔😂

Picture #2: Clean-shaven Tyler 👨🏻

Cast your vote in the comments! And don’t worry—Chef, we’ll give your page back…eventually. 😏
