Our page has been growing steadily without us making any more content the last few months. Thank you guys!
As for the reason we have slowed down? After a medical issue a few months ago, it put things into perspective for us.
We found that Queen Creek wasn't ready for us and we actually got a ton of push back when seeking out events/locations because, "you're just a regular hotdog cart." Wouldn't allow us to explain, just wrote us off. Other places were not willing to allow us the time or space because they didn't think we would generate their 30% daily (!!) fee, but our numbers showed otherwise.
Don't get me started on personal inquiries who wanted the whole rig on-site with catering team, delivery/set up/clean up, serving and complimentary packaging for $100. We can't do that, respectfully.
Those of you who know our style know that our Dawgs are much more than basic and are made with specialty made/sourced ingredients. We work out of a grade A commissary and work so dang hard to bring the quality you have all come to know and love.
Gabe and I started this venture with a lot of love, hard work and dreams to make it work. We enjoy sharing our food with others and getting to know all of you. It's not a goodbye but a see-you-later. We may just go back to hosting our free Ocholo's parties to get back to y'all.
