Hello friends just letting you all know I haven't forgotten about any of you!! I've been working hard getting all ready for the reopen!! I'm sooo excited but I also forgot school starts the end of this month as well🤦🏽‍♀️ so I been getting these kids ready for school as well lol definitely next month is the golden month to start serving these yummy friez again!! STAY TUNED😉

Just completed my first phat friez catering job since I stopped when COVID-19 hit us and I must say it felt sooo good I can't wait to get back to cooking and making people happy😁😁

Hey everyone I hope you all were able to make it through this past year of ups, downs, and uncertainty during this crazy pandemic.

I definitely know for myself, my family, and my business that the struggle was VERY real but thankfully we were able to make it through.

I do plan on re-opening this summer I have had so many request and I can't wait to get back in the kitchen making you all happy again🥰

I will also be adding some things to the menu for healthier choices as I have been working on being much healthier myself, but not to worry the food you also know of will still be available love you all and can't wait to serve you all again very soon 🥰

Cake- pineapple and vanilla swirl upside down double layer cake

Cupcakes- vanilla infused with pineapple juice topped with cream cheese frosting garnished with fresh pineapple on top

Just wanted to give you all an update: I'm almost ready I'm waiting for a couple more deliveries then I will be connecting to UBER EATS for delivery service of PHAT FRIEZ!!! I'm so excited I can't wait to be able to serve MORE customers so stay tuned and I'll let you all know when it's up and running thank you all again for your patience love and appreciate all your business 😍😍

I wanted to let all my wonderful customers know that I am indeed still cooking although I have been a bit absent lately because I'm involved in a couple other new businesses as well and I'm also looking into a delivery service such as Postmates, Uber eats ECT...so that I can expand my hours of operations for you all😊 I'm just trying to improve to be better for all of you😍
