*notes* — florals will be set up initially on friday morning and refreshed on sunday morning. the set up will be hands off. that being said, we ask that you show payment confirmation to our barista on shift once you choose your florals and check out. thank you!

we’ll be donating a portion of the proceeds from this special to - Oregon’s oldest environmental nonprofit whose focus includes protecting our wildlife, wildlands and waters. ⁣⁣

there’s no planet “B”. it’s important to be aware of the ways in which we can contribute to helping keep our planet livable not just for now but for future generations. our voices matter and it’s all very doable. becoming and staying educated is a great place to start! ⁣⁣

the cherry blossom trio is back! 🌸🍒⁣

all are available hot or iced, though the iced version includes a bright cherry blossom inspired float. happy (almost) spring!⁣

a bit of CB history: Originally, 100 trees were a gift given by Japanese business men in 1990 as a dedication to the Japanese-American Historical Plaza. In addition, about 60 cherry blossom trees live at the Hoyt Arboretum and tend to bloom later than those on the waterfront. ⁣
⁣
According to the Japanese-American Museum of Oregon, the plaza was created to raise public awareness of the diversity of cultural experiences in America [1]. ⁣
