Rain or shine! There is no make up day!
⏰ ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN TIMES
To help ensure a smooth and organized event, please follow the arrival times below:
* Volunteers: Please report to the field by 3:00 PM
* Food Trucks: Must check in with event staff by 3:00 PM
* Vendors: Please arrive by 3:30 PM for setup
* Media Team: Must arrive no later than 4:00 PM

🅿️ PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available at surrounding stores, parks, and nearby businesses.
Please note that the parking lots for:
* On The Roxx
* Bam’s
* Social Goat
* Moods
will remain reserved for their employees, customers, and authorized event staff.
🚫 Event attendees are not permitted to park in these designated lots.
We kindly ask everyone to respect the requests of the business owners and help us maintain positive relationships within the community.

🚗 CAR SHOW INFORMATION
❗ No reserved or saved parking spaces will be permitted.
If you would like to park with friends or your group, you must arrive together.
Additionally, vehicles parked within the designated car show area must be active participants in the show. Please be courteous and respectful to fellow participants and attendees.

🔥 BURN OUT PIT INFORMATION
* Burn out pit lineup will begin promptly at 5:30 PM
* Participants entering both the car show and burn out pit should first park their vehicle and then proceed to the burnout lineup area.
⚠️ Burn out registrations will only be handled in the designated lineup area. Event staff will not be walking the grounds collecting sign-ups.
All participants are required to complete and sign legal documentation before participating.
Please note:
* Illegible paperwork that is not corrected upon request may result in denial of participation.
* Any participant observed leaving a bar area and proceeding directly to the burnout pit line may be refused participation at the discretion of staff and security.
Safety remains our highest priority.

🚨 CONDUCT & SAFETY POLICY
Any individual, group, or car club displaying reckless behavior, creating disturbances, or posing a safety concern will be asked to leave the event immediately.
We ask all attendees to:
* Respect event property and surrounding businesses
* Respect event staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees
* Operate vehicles responsibly
* Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone
This is a family-friendly community event, and we expect all guests to conduct themselves accordingly.
