With strong influences from my southern roots mixed with the tropical flavors of the Caribbean surrounding me, I began early to develop an obsession for these flavors and cooking styles. Later after 25 plus years as a professional firefighter here in south Florida, using my brother and sister firefighters as my test kitchen judges, I found myself BBQing for the fire department, charity events, fri

ends parties and family gatherings. With the encouragement from friends and my love to see people's reaction to delicious BBQ, Southern View BBQ was born.
