People at Lost Creek events this weekend are going to be eating good

I’ll be at LCRC Friday & Saturday evening
My wife will be catering an event at Lost Creek Golf Course. We will be having BBQ chicken thighs at that event

When my buddy Travis said he was building a kiln and going to start making charcoal I said OK. Then he met with Tim Houser @ Houser Metal Works to build this kiln.

Only burns hardwood from a neighboring sawmill and what flavor. If you look close at the pork loin slice you can see the smoke ring.
