Have been totally slacking on sauce. Making the label for new sauce this week! Life's become a lil bit stressful as I've became kitchen manager. IYKYK

Charring and smoking some Red Bell peppers with dried rosemary sprigs and wax myrtle branches for the new hot sauce I'm creating. Plan is to have some kind of challenge at my place of work around the forth of July and have bottles ready for sale. Going to be a hot one!

Well I'm still getting settled in on the property in SC. I'll be constructing some raised beds for peppers and other vegetables in the next couple weeks. Just ordered over a dozen types of peppers that I'll be getting started in my camper very soon as here the last frost is the first week of March. I have plans to ship some of my more popular sauces in bulk to The Raven Cafe in Port Huron. Asap! I'll keep updating as I get everything going!

Bottling sauce for a rad local band tomorrow then off to SC for a new adventure in life with my daughter. I am in no way done with the sauce but will be on a hiatus for a bit. Thanks for all the support.
