Aloha dear friends,
The past several days here on Kaua‘i have been intense. In the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell, many families across the island have been navigating fallen trees, damaged homes, and days without electricity or running water. Some are still struggling to access food, ice, fuel, and other basic necessities.
Our own family is safe and deeply grateful, although we have much cleanup ahead of us after many trees came down on our property. This experience has been another reminder of how quickly life can change—and how important community, compassion, and caring for one another truly are.
Even in the middle of disruption, I feel it is important to create space to breathe, soften, and reconnect within. For that reason, our weekly online Sacred Pause meditation will still be happening today Tuesday from 4–5 PM HST.
If you feel called to join us, you are warmly welcome. We will gather gently through Zoom for guided meditation, somatic movement, quiet reflection, mindful journaling, and a little space to simply be held in community. Come exactly as you are.

Sending love and prayers to everyone facing hardship, uncertainty, or recovery right now. May we continue to take care of one another.
