Hey everyone! Just wanted to get on and post an update for this season of BBQ. First off thank you to everyone who supported the business last year and made this dream take off, I appreciate every single one of you!

This year is off to a late start due to some health problems I am facing! But I will get out some time this year if everything goes right!

What's happening Rough Cut Crew?! I want to apologize for being MIA. We have had so many private events booked! With that being said, we are still working hard on the RCB truck and hope to be taking care of your cravings soon!

Hey crew! So sorry we haven't been able to see you guys this weekend! We are focusing on some private events for this weekend but don't worry, we will see you soon enough!

Some exciting news coming along with the actual truck. The new AC is installed and ready to go so now it's putting everything back together in hopes it'll serve you guys even better.

So a huge thanks to you guys for the phone calls, the texts and the visits we have had. We truly appreciate all of you guys!
