Turned out just right with the heartwood cherry and white oak combination. Great flavor from the bone and wrapped up tight for the second phase of cooking to keep all the goodness locked in proper.

Beef fatty short ribs this weekend 🫦🤤💪🔥.

No coleslaw til further notice by authority of the chef!
I’m not taking chances with the current virus and want you all to be safe. No substitutions for the sandwich but it will be allowed for all meals. Extra pickles for sandwiches is allowed though at no cost.:)

This change will stand until the virus is eradicated or they trace the source and it does not pose a threat.
