Today we’re raising a glass to all the dads, grandfathers, and father figures who taught us how to work hard, laugh often, and always save room for dessert.

A special shoutout to the Fathers of Jack’s — David, John, and Chris — and to their dad, Papa Bernie. They didn’t get nearly enough time with him, but they carry his lessons, his spirit, and plenty of his stories with them every day.

And to all the dads who are part of the Jack’s family — our managers, cooks, servers, bartenders, hosts, dishwashers, and team members — thank you for all you do, both at work and at home.

Here’s to the dads who show up, work hard, and make life better for the people around them.

We meant to share this here yesterday — but honestly, celebrating moms is never late. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, bonus moms and mother figures who somehow keep the whole world running — usually while making it look easy.

At Jack’s & Cantina Jack’s, so much of who we are comes from our own Mama Eleni. She taught us that hospitality doesn’t need to be complicated.

Make good food. Be nice. Take care of people.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

Her warmth, generosity and love for feeding people continue to shape our family and our restaurants every single day. Truthfully, there’s a little bit of her in everything we do.

And while today is a celebration, we also know Mother’s Day can bring up a lot of emotions — love, gratitude, grief, nostalgia and everything in between. Wherever today finds you, we hope there’s good food, good company and a little extra kindness around your table.

And to all the women out there taking care of everyone else (while somehow still answering texts, finding missing shoes, slinging endless snacks and remembering literally everything)… we appreciate you more than you know.
