This is the original Rebel Dog Coffee Co. located on Route 10 in Plainville. This location, unlike any other, operates both as a coffee shop and a tavern. You can find our standard menu of coffee, breakfast, and lunch options, as well as wood-fired pizza, an exclusive brunch menu, full bar, and more! In Plainville, you will find plenty of parking as well as a heated all-weather deck to enjoy, rain or shine.

⭐️ Cookie Butter Latte
Cookie butter stars in a lot of our seasonal latte specials, so we figured we’d just start keeping it year round so now you can get your fix whenever you want. The real question is, is this ACTUALLY Nick’s favorite drink or was he just craving cookies during filming? 🤔

🎤 What do you recommend for a first-time Rebel Dog visitor?
⭐️ Hot Latte
You really can’t go wrong with a classic hot latte with a double shot of espresso and steamed milk that has the perfect sweet smoothness. As Nick mentions, you can always build and customize from there by choosing an alternative milk or adding a house-made flavor syrup or even just a dash of cinnamon on top!

TICKETS & THROWDOWN REGISTRATION ARE LIVE! We’re just about a month away from our second annual Thriller Throwdown and it’s gonna be even BIGGER & BETTER than last year!

First round pours in the Throwdown will be into 6 oz Lino mugs from notNeutral, inc., which every competitor will get to take home with them! Prizes for the top FOUR pours so far include some great stuff from COVOYA COFFEE, notNeutral, inc., Mahlkönig Home, lamarzocco, and Barista Magazine, and there will be more! There will also be an oat milk round sponsored by Minor Figures once again!

As with last year, partial proceeds from general admission tickets and Throwdown registrations will benefit ofi Guatemala/covoyacoffee’s health clinics for coffee producing communities in Ayarza, Guatemala, where we source several of our core coffees.

Make sure to grab a ticket or register to compete ASAP—capacity is limited and you don’t want to miss out on any of this! We hope to see you all there!

THE THRILLER THROWDOWN RETURNS!

Our second annual latte art throwdown and Halloween party will be held on Saturday, October 24 at Rebel Dog Coffee Co. in East Hartford. Save the date and stay tuned for throwdown registration and spectator tickets, because you won’t want to miss out on this event!

Last year we raised over $2,000 for COVOYA COFFEE’s health clinics in Guatemala, from where we source many of our core coffees, and this year we’re hoping to surpass that number by A LOT, so make sure to share this with all your friends, whether they’re baristas or not!

You may find Linny making one for herself not only during shifts, but also before shooting some gorgeous photos for us, surfing, or creating stunning silver pieces for her very own Half Light Silver Co.!
