Summer is in full effect! And with that said, a reminder that we offer our expert smoking skills to the public. Bring us your fish and we will smoke it for you. All smoked fish is vacuum sealed and labeled. Price is $15 per lb and will be packaged 6-10 oz per package. We also can accommodate Salted Salmon, Canned Tuna & Salmon (contact me for pricing and flavor list). From Salmon, Albacore, Blue Fin, Yellow Tail, Yellow Fin, Trout, and even Striper…. We can handle it all! Salmon we will be offering Hot & Cold Smoked (Lox). Flavors: Plain, Peppered, Hot Honey, Garlic, Mild Teriyaki & Hot Teriyaki (Teriyaki is made in house), & ### Hot.
