Our Cream Chipped Beef starts with whole eye round that we cure for 2 weeks, then slow-smoke for 8–12 hours before it’s sliced in-house and folded into our creamy sauce.

No shortcuts. Just time, tradition, and a whole lot of flavor.

It’s the kind of breakfast that’s been bringing people back for years.

We start with a whole eye round.

We cure it in-house for 2 weeks, then smoke it low and slow for 8–12 hours before slicing it for the chipped beef you know and love.

It’s a process that takes time, but we think you can taste the difference in every bite.

This is just one of the many ways we stay true to the homemade traditions that have been part of Red Lion for generations.
