One thing many people don’t see behind the scenes is how much time goes into every inquiry. We spend hours answering questions, creating custom quotes, planning designs, and even baking tasting cakes so our couples and customers can make the best decision for their special day.
We completely understand that not every quote turns into a booking—that’s part of business, and we truly respect that. All we ask is that if you decide to go a different direction, please let us know. A simple message saying, “We’ve decided to go another route. Thank you for your time!” means more than you know.
