I would like to introduce my newest creative partner of Our Thai Vegan Delights.

Her name is “Miss Gussie”. She is a Gluten Free Vegan Wild Yeast, I just recreated. She was reborn in Phoenix, Arizona on June 1st, 2026.

Miss Gussie is aa awesome super active young lady. She has always wanting me to keep her active and be creative with her abilities. I have been having fun with her as a creative partner in Our Thai Vegan Delights’s line of products.

We took off on our journeys and began our first menu with Our Sourdough Gluten Free Vegan Bagels! They turned out delicious, soft, chewy and very light. I was so excited and impressed by the power of Miss Gussie. I know we will have so much fun together in our kitchen.
