The Nacho Train!

was founded by co-workers Matthew Nervis and Tarek Rabat in 2008 as a team-building event to build morale in the workplace. Along with other co-workers, we would bring nacho ingredients and lay it out in a train fashion. Each ingredient acted as a train boxcar in the Nacho Train and word spread quickly about the fun and delicious nachos that we were making. with friends and family at house parties

and various other gatherings. As a response to the AMAZING feedback we received, we decided to take The Nacho Train! on the road (or I guess on the train track…) and share it with the world! Our goal is to also become a food vendor and a catering company for all type of occasions including birthdays, family get-togethers, Super Bowl parties, bah mitzvahs, Quinceañeras and even weddings! The Nacho Train prides itself on its commitment to give back to the community. The company has ambitions of being a hybrid for-profit and non-profit venture! Our first charity event was called "Nacho Train for the Cure!" and took place earlier this year raising money for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
