Had so much fun popping up at with this past Sunday! This was our second time working with The INTL crew and I think we should run it back ASAP🍽️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a plate, and spent the afternoon with us!

After a few weeks traveling through Spain, it was especially fun to bring some fresh inspiration back into the kitchen. And of course, Chef Josue absolutely crushed it!

Very excited to share I was voted Gold for Chef in the Philadelphia Inquirer Philly Favorites!

Truly can’t say thank you enough to everyone who took the time to vote for me. In a city filled with unbelievably talented chefs, I’m honored to be recognized alongside them.

To every person who has shown up at a pop-up, ordered through a drop, to every business and organization who gave me a chance when I was first started out, to the bakers and chefs who have become my mentors, and for those who trusted me to cater life’s biggest moments: thank you🤍

And to my friends and family, thank you for believing in me when I decided to become a chef full time and for supporting me without question or doubt. Thank you for making me feel like this dream was possible, even on the days I wasn’t sure of myself. Having people who believe in you that deeply is something I hold very close to my heart.

Almost at the 2 year mark and I am so grateful and inspired for what’s next🤍

Thank you to and for featuring me!!

When I first started PHG, I could never imagine that this is where I’d be almost 2 years in. This work is no joke! There’s been losses, wins, convoluted moments where I’ve asked myself what on earth I am doing (the imposter syndrome is REAL) but then I get into the kitchen and start cooking and it all starts to make sense.

This work has allowed me to really express myself, and even better has introduced me to all of you! PHG is nothing without the support of my friends, family, and community.

Philly, I am so grateful and I can’t wait to keep cooking for you!❤️🫶
