Genuinely I’m not even joking these are the best cookies I’ve ever made! I love a little spice or saltiness in a dessert so I made a spice blend using mahlab (a dry cherry seed typically used in maamoul!) and Maldon Salt ofc 🧂🍒🍪

Baking usually stresses me out but it’s been a nice break from hummus lol maybe a cookie Hotplate is in the cards…
