My name is Doug Kramer and I have been involved in the restaurant business for over 40 years. I have my degree in business in hotel restaurant management from Mercyhurst University. I have worked for Marriott, Chi-Chi’s, TGIFridays and Boston Market. I have 24 years of experience in restaur
ant operations and 20 years in Human Resources. I have been involved in Cafeteria, Pub, Fine Dining, Fast Food, Mexican, Casual Dining, Quick Casual, Stadium and Concession operations and Catering. My wife has 15 years experience in Laboratory Science, 25 years in baking and 15 years in finance. We both are Servesafe Food certified and are excited to take what was an idea on a napkin to an actual Food truck business in Denver Colorado. Based on a legendary sandwich in Philadelphia – the Cheesesteak, we will be serving Philadelphia style ribeye Cheesesteaks on authentic Amoroso rolls and french fries made from Idaho Russet potatoes, we will also have a variety of salads, boneless chicken and kids meals. The kids meals will have a toy surprise and a bear coloring sheet with crayons. We are going to be selling in many places, including breweries, retail sites and fairs and festivals. We also will Cater your event, such as birthday parties, graduations, church events, private events, office events, rehearsal dinner, or anniversaries parties.
