Finally had a chance to catch our breath after a long weekend and an even longer drive — but we’re fired up after our trip to the Grand American BBQ World Championship. Rolling into New Paltz, NY, we knew we were stepping into a stacked field of incredible BBQ teams. This double event brought the heat: the Invitational for past GC winners on Saturday and the Open on Sunday. It was our first time cooking this contest, and Jeremy and his crew absolutely crushed it. Smooth event, great atmosphere, and those trophies… unreal. We’re proud of how both days shook out and even more excited to keep this momentum rolling.
Next stop: Morgantown, PA for the Twin Valley Fire & Smoke BBQ Competition.
