Meet Phenon! Custom Cuisines NEW Farming operations/outreach Manager !

I’m so used to carrying everything, I have to hand over responsibility to people I trust, who have proven to take care of my baby like it’s their own. I can’t be in the convos for $500/hour AND pulling weeds/ harvest EVERY DAY.

Learning when, WHO and why was a long challenging journey for me. Having the right people and taking care of them is essential to building any business. It’s t people!

As the farms expand, the store expands and I begin to take up more space in necessary places—- relying on and taking care of my team, so we can create more opportunity is the goal.
