❤️🍕 WOW… We are truly speechless. 🍕❤️

We just want to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you who came out and supported Firehouse Pizza Company yesterday.

It was one of those nights where we had our heads down the entire time, working as fast as we could to get fresh, wood-fired pizzas out to everyone. We never even had a chance to look up and see what was happening around us.

Then a customer sent us a picture of the parking lot…

We were absolutely blown away. Seeing that many people gathered to support our little pizza business was something we’ll never forget. It was a moment that reminded us just how blessed we are to be part of such an incredible community.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, your kind words, and most of all, for choosing Firehouse Pizza Company. Every pizza we make is a labor of love, and your support means more to us than words can express.

Some things have changed… but the things that matter most never will.

As we get ready to serve from our new trailer, we’ve heard a lot about the new look, the new equipment, and all the bells and whistles. We couldn’t be more excited.

But we want everyone to know one thing…

The Taco Tab is here to stay.

Near the end of last season, we started the Taco Tab with one simple idea: if you’re able, buy an extra taco for someone who isn’t. No questions. No judgment. Just neighbors helping neighbors.

To be honest, this has stayed on our hearts ever since. There are people all around us who are struggling, and if a warm meal can make someone’s day just a little easier, then that’s something FlatLand BBQ will always stand behind.

The trailer may be new, but we are still the same family behind the window. The same people who believe food is more than something you eat—it’s a way to love your community, start conversations, build memories, and remind someone they’re not alone.

So if you’d like to help, ask us about adding a taco to the Taco Tab. We’ll keep track of every one, and when someone needs a meal, it’ll be waiting for them.

Thank you for supporting us—not just as a small business, but as a community that looks after one another.

Good evening everyone, first and foremost I want to thank everyone for being so patient yesterday we got backed up to about an hour wait and everyone was so gracious and for that we truly appreciate the support!! With that said we have been experiencing large orders that put wait times up for those who order 2 or less. I’m working on a solution, I’m thinking pre orders for 3 or more. Again we appreciate the patience yesterday but I’m not one who likes to wait that long!! Maybe it’s just me but it has been on my mind all day, I want to provide a quality product in a timely manner. We would love any input to help combat this issue!

Join us this Saturday, north of United supermarket at 5 pm for some live music and delicious food! Firehouse will be there serving up our made from scratch real wood fired brick oven pizza!!

Nelson BBQ brought over some of their delicious smoked brisket, sausage and bbq sauce and asked if we could create a pizza with it. Absolutely!! We started with a bbq sauce base then the meats topped with bell peppers, onions, jalapeño’s , and mozzarella finished with a bbq sauce drizzle!! 🤤
