The Heart Behind Cowgirl Charcuterie

Cowgirl Charcuterie started with more than a love for creating beautiful food. It started with a mom, a daughter, and a dream. 🤎🐴

As a single, divorced mom, I wanted to find a way to help support my daughter’s passion for horses & give her every opportunity I could to chase the dreams she works so hard for.
So, Cowgirl Charcuterie was born.

Every board ordered, every customer who supports us, & every person who shares our name becomes a small part of that dream. Behind every piece of edible artwork is a mom working hard so her daughter can keep chasing white lines, making memories, & doing what she loves.

I love how my daughter watches me work hard and thankfully she has learned that type of work ethic.

When you support Cowgirl Charcuterie, you aren’t just supporting a small business. You’re helping a young cowgirl chase a big dream. 🐴🤎

And from this momma’s heart — thank you.

Because of you, she has been able to continue to show at the Quarter Horse Congress, Level 1 Championships, and the NBHA World Show.

Passion + Quality Food = Cowgirl Charcuterie

We believe horse show days deserve more than just concession-stand food. That’s why we’re passionate about bringing fresh, beautiful, and delicious options right to you—especially during those long days at the bigger shows.

♡Every board is thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients and a little Cowgirl Charcuterie flair. Think of it as personalized edible artwork, created just for you, your barn family, clients, or crew.♡

🐴 You focus on the horses.
🤎 We’ll take care of the food.

Our order list fills up quickly at larger shows, so shoot us a message and get your name on the list.
