You may have noticed we haven’t posted much over the last few weeks. That’s because we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes building something we’ve wanted to offer for a long time.
Many of you who have booked with FYND before know that when we first launched online booking, it took quite a few steps to schedule a ride. It worked, but we knew it could be better.
So we completely redesigned and simplified the booking experience.
But that’s not all.
Many of our airport customers know that we track flights to make sure we’re there when you arrive. Until now, that process was done manually. We would monitor flights using FlightAware and other flight tracking tools to adjust pickup times when flights were delayed.
Now we’ve built flight tracking directly into our website.
✈️ Here’s how it works:
If you’re booking a ride from Pensacola International Airport (PNS), you’ll be asked to search for your flight during the booking process.
For example, if you’re flying Delta Flight DL3103, simply enter “DL3103” and select your flight from the search results.
Our system will automatically:
✅ Find your flight
✅ Pull the scheduled arrival time
✅ Track your flight status
✅ Automatically schedule your pickup time based on your arrival
✅ Adjust for delays when needed
No more guessing. No more worrying about whether your driver knows your flight status.
We’ve also added:
📧 Instant ride confirmation emails
📧 Automated ride reminder emails
📧 Improved airport pickup communication
📧 A faster, more user-friendly booking process
Our goal has always been simple: make transportation around Pensacola easier, more reliable, and less stressful.
