We have been open and serving delicious food since 1979. We have just recently made a few changes to the restaurant. These changes include adding a fresh new bar to the front of the house. And changing the seating and floor plan to add extra room and a more comfortable feel.

Three weeks in a row we have sold out on our Prime Rib Tuesday night feature. I've decided to add more in the oven this week to do our very best in accommodating everyone.

On top of that, stay for the desserts that were made fresh today: Ghirardelli White Chocolate Creme Brulé, Chocolate Mousse & my amaretto infused Italian Cherry bread pudding....Delicious!

We hope everyone had a very happy 4th! Back today for our 3-day brined Prime Rib Dinner. At this time, the loin is fully seasoned, and getting ready to slow roast in the oven. It will come out just in time for service this evening.

By brining the loin for three days, it makes it more juicy and tender with full flavor in every bite.
