Meet Chef Luis Mendez, the person behind your favorite plates at Millie’s. 👨‍🍳

Originally from Venezuela, Luis spent years cooking in kitchens across Italy before owning Italian restaurants in Miami with Maria Mendez. In 2021, they brought their journey to Georgia.

Today, he brings that experience and respect for Italian tradition to the table at Millie’s.
