We competed in the New Jersey State BBQ Championship in Wildwood this weekend. We finished 10th overall out of 64 teams, with a 7th place call in Ribs. It was great seeing all of our BBQ friends and family. Do not know if our schedule will allow for any more contest, but time will tell! Congratulations to Chunky BBQ for GC and Glazed and Infused for RGC.

Delaware Bay-B-Que OFFICIALLY A GO!!
Sorry for the whiplash folks, but wanted to announce that with yesterday's addition of Sir Porks-A-Lot, Fergolicious and Bushmaster, the Delaware Bay-B-Que (May 5-7, Lincoln DE) is CONFIRMED to move forward for all Masters and Backyard contests!! If you were waiting to see whether the contest would meet its goals, now is the time to commit. Also, this contest is held at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Delaware Beaches, so bring the kids and family along!

All Campground BBQ contests can still accommodate teams but space is limited, so keep those applications coming in! Spots left per contest: Bristol CT (April 15-16): 19; Blairstown NJ (April 21-23): 29; Lincoln DE (May 5-7): 30+; Merrimack NH (June 3-4): 13; Braintree VT (Sept. 8-10): 23; Southwick MA (Sept. 22-24): 20; and Jackson NJ (Oct. 20-22): 30+. A limited number of cabins are available for the CT, Blairstown NJ, and DE contests.
