Today's Industry Special will be a Korean dish called Kimchi Jjigae! This is umami-rich pork dashi broth with ginger, garlic, carrots, onion, firm tofu, and aged kimchi. It's finished with a small portion of fresh salmon and served with sticky rice on the side. Don't miss it!

It's Industry Monday at The Anderson Paso! Chef Logan Ring is serving Mofongo, a dish from his days in the Caribbean. It's ube sweet potatoes with pork cracklings, topped with pernil-style shredded pork and simmered picadillo sauce, finished with cilantro, scallions and a garlic lime aioli. 🔥
