The Returning Vendor Seniority Deadline for Cowgirl Christmas has officially expired, and as of today, our floor map is now open to all new vendor applications! 🤍🎄

If you’ve been curious about joining one of California’s most beloved holiday shopping traditions, now is the time to apply.

Available booth locations will be filled as applications & deposit’s are reviewed, with the goal of creating a beautifully curated shopping experience for our guests.

Today we celebrate more than fireworks and backyard barbecues, we celebrate the enduring gift of freedom, the courage of those who came before us and the independent spirit that continues to build strong families and small businesses!

At Black Ranch Events, Three Speckled Hens and Cowgirl Christmas, we are grateful for the opportunity to bring people together to celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, entrepreneurship and the traditions that make America so special.

A friendly reminder to all RETURNING vendors, your signed contract and deposit must be turned in by June 30th in order to retain your previous booth space for Cowgirl Christmas 2026.

After June 30th, any unpaid or unclaimed spaces will be released back into the floor plan.

✨ Beginning July 7th, all NEW incoming vendors will begin to be placed on the floor map as we continue building a beautifully curated shopping experience for our customers.
