At New Horizons, the voices of the people we support guide everything we do.

We're proud to share that our latest Client Satisfaction Survey showed an overall satisfaction rate of 94.87%, a near 10% jump in just three years. Even more encouraging, program staff received the highest ratings, reflecting the dedication, compassion, and commitment our team brings every day.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their feedback. Your input helps us celebrate what's working well and continue improving the services we provide.
