CHIPOTLE IS FINALLY COMING TO CORSICANA: The wait is over for Navarro County! 🌯🥑 Chipotle Mexican Grill has filed permits to construct its first-ever location in Corsicana, securing a prime pad site on West Highway 31.

The $1,200,000 project involves the ground-up construction of a 2,385-square-foot standalone building. (The permit is listed as a "Shell" building, meaning this permit is only for the building, another permit should follow at a later time for the interior fit-out).

Construction is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2026, with a target completion date of October 15, 2026.
