On July 1st we catered for Celebration a BBQ Buffet for
Crossroads Connection a community of churches in the Omaha Metropolitan area who have joined together to assist prison inmates in their transition back to life outside of prison. We work to bridge the gap in the current penal system by helping former inmates find their way back into society through the caring support of Christ's followers. God has blessed Marty and I with the gift of Hospitality and the Love to serve in our community.

Martin smoked 12 pork butts (last two weekends) for two graduation parties yesterday. Homemade potato salad for 200 +, 10 gallons of Wicked Baked Beans and 6 dozen Franks in a Blanket. Enough to feed 300 plus guest. And one Veggie Tray for 25 +.
