Nothing inspires me more than eating foods in other countries and I can’t wait to get home to try out new stuff at the restaurant. Just back from our month in India and Sri Lanka, it’s time to dive into the richness of foods these countries have to offer. This week at Tropicale, my cooks and I have done just that, and have made appetizers and entrees that represent some of the best these countries have to offer. Here is authentic Old Delhi-style Butter Chicken. Unlike London’s creamy tomato version, this street food is tandoori and yogurt-marinated, bathed in butter, and served with garlic naan - the consummate Indian soul food. All week @ Tropicale.
