Our single origin coffees are all grown at high altitude and we roast locally here in Pagosa Springs Colorado at 7,126 feet.
Higher elevation means lower air pressure.
Heat transfers faster.
Timing becomes more precise.
Lower air pressure changes how heat moves through the drum, and through the bean.

Because we believe that you deserve finely crafted coffee with a full-bodied taste.
