Fall hours update!!

We’ve officially entered the small-business Olympics and apparently we signed up for every event. 😂
The catering side of Chef’s Custom Cuisine has been BOOKED & BUSY, while the food truck is doing its usual magic: squeezing everyone into a tiny kitchen, washing the same dishes 14 times, losing the tongs, and inevitably running out of the ONE thing we need. 🤪
So before we have to clone ourselves…
📅 TUESDAY–FRIDAY
⏰ Same hours. Same great food. Same delicious chaos.
Mondays + weekends = catering, prep, restocking, and attempting to remember what day it is. 😂
You keep booking us. We’ll keep juggling. And we are SO grateful! ❤️

A Little Setback… But We’ll Be Back ❤️
We’re going to be honest—we’re frustrated. After months of construction impacting our business, we’re once again facing an unexpected interruption, this time because our power was cut.
Unfortunately, that means another loss of business and a total loss of product we had on hand. It’s incredibly discouraging, especially after everything we’ve already worked through.
But we’re not giving up. 💪❤️ Chef’s Custom Cuisine will recover, restock, and get back to serving you!
We’re expecting our food order toward the end of the week and are hopeful we’ll be back up and running Friday or Saturday.
Thank you for sticking with us, supporting our little food truck, and understanding when circumstances beyond our control get in the way. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
