Sara’s journey in the service industry began on her 16th birthday as a hostess. From there, she grew through the ranks—server, bartender, trainer, and front-of-house manager—gaining a true understanding of what it means to serve others.
For Sara, it’s always been about more than just food or drinks. It’s about connection. It’s about love. She believes that serving comfort food is one of the most meaningful ways to bring joy and positivity to our community—and she lives that belief every single day.
Outside the kitchen, Sara shares her life with her husband, Chef Patrick, making them a dynamic duo dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.
