Well Campers…thanks for hanging with us the last couple days and embracing our limited menu. The recent severe weather lead to downed trees and power lines that kept our crew out of the pit room. We’re back on track! Please come on out tomorrow for barbecue Saturday, we’re cooking a lot of food and we can’t wait to serve y’all! We will have brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, turkey breast, pork spare ribs, half chickens, and pork steaks!
