Tonight is another hit. Went through 10 # of macaroni tonight. Don't know how many lbs of mac&cheese.

Weekend off this week. Will be back at McCurdy Park Tuesday. Mac&Cheese was a hit yesterday. Made 10 # yesterday, will make double next week. Sold out of almost everything. The new jalapeno popper sausage balls were a hit.
