Get to Know Us! ❤️

Hi, friends! We’re Devin, Katie, and Angie, the owners of Hilltop Coffee & Griddle!

Devin and Katie have three amazing kids—Kennedy, Isaac, and Noah—who you might catch hanging around the trailer, taking orders, making everyone smile, or looking extra pitiful outside in hopes someone will sneak them a treat. 😄

Our family business wouldn’t be possible without Angie (Devin’s mom). She’s an essential part of everything we do and helps make this dream a reality every step of the way.

Owning a restaurant has been a dream of ours for years. We spent over a year praying about this business before the opportunity unexpectedly came our way. We truly believe God opened this door, and our faith is at the heart of everything we do. Our prayer is that Hilltop is more than just a place to grab a coffee or a meal—it’s a place where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and loved.

We’re proud to call Otway home and believe this community has so much potential. Because we all work full-time jobs during the week, we’re only able to open the trailer on weekends, but we do our best to be here serving our hometown whenever we can. Thankfully, with Angie by our side, we’re able to continue growing and serving this community we love.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our dream. Every coffee, every meal, every share, every comment, and every recommendation helps our small family business continue to grow. We truly couldn’t do this without each and every one of you.
