A little change-up this week

I still can't drive the truck, but I can cook!

I'm going to be open Tuesday and Wednesday 11:30-2:30 at my home location.

I'm bringing out a bunch of favorites to entice you to come by.

Well friends, it's not great.

The stove is fixed, but I currently can't get it to move...

My truckles needs a new torque converter. It's a big, expensive, time consuming job. I'm not a happy chef.

All effort is going into getting back on the road, but I just don't know when.

Stay tuned, and PLEASE send healing vibes to Ms Truckles. 🥺

It's a "when it rains it pours" situation. Transmission issues on the truck and mechanical failure from my oven.
I am proud of my achievements as a solopreneur, but being able to operate "alone" means I rely on a few highly skilled experts to fix things I cannot. Highly skilled = in demand. Once my crew can get things working again, I'll be back in the kitchen where I'm supposed to be!
