Congratulations on your grand opening day! 🥂🐝🍯 🖤

Spencer and I were grateful for the opportunity to try out their menu during soft opening. We haven’t stopped talking about it since! Everyone was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. Plus, the space is SO COOL…the attention to detail 👌🏻. They have a clear vision for the future of Zymarium and the mead industry, which is truly exciting. I can’t wait for more people to experience the magic. 💛✨

5am Airport Lounging in Vegas 🌅✈️ 🛋️ What has been your biggest travel game changer?

It is an absolute luxury it is to have lounge access at airports. I’ve had for years and only recently took the plunge with for Delta and Centurion lounge access too. Not having to rely on anyone else when I’m flying solo is going to be necessary for my upcoming travel schedule!

Lounge access + TSA precheck/global entry + is the way to go, my friends. At MCO, one of the busiest airports in the world, I’m through security in 5 minutes or less every time. I get my water then hit the lounge until it’s time to board.

Next up: Being loyal and achieving status for possible upgrades! 💎

🦪 Half-dozen oysters (we got the more briny option from Prince Edward Island)

🚨We didn’t see the seafood items on the paper menu so you have to ask for them! 🚨

Last but not least/mandatory always:

🍚 Crab fried rice - so garlicky, so perfect, never not ordering (and usually we get two!)

First impressions of - your new neighborhood rum bar🍹

What we ordered:

✨ Guava Pastelito cocktail - Delicious and comes in a cute flamingo cup! 🦩 Would reorder

✨ Crab salad - The highlight of the meal - 10/10 recommend! Great portion

✨ Hearts of Palm (not pictured) - This was a delicious, fresh salad. Would definitely reorder

✨ Rollo de queso - This was much sweeter than we expected but very yummy

✨ Pan Con Timba - I loved the guava jam but wouldn’t reorder unless maybe I was with a larger group. So much bread! 😆

Additional thoughts:

✨ Think of it more as a bar with food than a restaurant
✨ Happy hour M-F 5-7pm
✨ Their frozen cocktails will be incredible for summer time
✨ The prices are high, however for the portions we received, it was worth it. I might not feel the same about the rice & beans dishes though…
✨ Beautiful space and design
✨ Loved the vibe
✨ Good service
✨ Definitely make a reservation or go when they first open
✨ Allow extra time for parking. They share the same lot as Sideward Brewing and Stasio’s.
