Today I completed my ServSafe Food Handler re-certification. They're good for 3 years.
On the surface it's a requirement for my day job. But nothing I do exists in just one lane.
This certification feeds directly into The Green Whisk — my 100% plant-based micro bakery. Because the people who buy from my table deserve to know that the hands making their food are not just passionate but trained, certified, and committed to doing this right.

Canon Coffee Market was everything — more of our plant-based people, more sales, and connections that filled our cup right back up.

The Green Whisk is a small vegan cottage bakery offering fresh, small-batch plant-based baked goods made with simple ingredients. Inspired by my mom, Anna—who loved baking and was the queen of desserts, especially lemon—our menu features nostalgic comfort treats with a vegan twist.

Current offerings include Anna’s Lemon Sugar Cookies, Blueberry Lemon Scones, Oatmeal Cream Pies, 3-ounce Sea Salt Chocolate Chunk Cookies, and Mini Cookie Dippers served with Biscoff cookie butter.

We are now accepting custom orders - client gifting, corporate events and parties. Message us for your custom quote!

All items are baked fresh for each event and prepared in accordance with Florida Cottage Food guidelines.
