✨ SOLD OUT! ✨

We are feeling incredibly blessed and grateful after an amazing day at Trades Day! Thanks to all of you, we sold all 90 chickens—and even had to go home for more roosters, which we definitely did not expect! 😂 We also found wonderful new homes for all four of the goats we brought.

Thank you to every person who stopped by our booth, purchased an animal, shared our post, recommended us to someone, or simply came over to visit and support Deckers Peckers. Seeing so many of our animals leave with excited new families made all of the long days, late nights, feed runs, building projects, and hard work completely worth it.

We truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for the support our little homestead received today. We came home with empty cages and very full hearts. 🤍

Everyone meet the newest little lady at Deckers Peckers—Dolly Parton. 💖🐐

CoCo kept us guessing for months, then gave us one perfect little girl when we least expected it. Dolly is black and white with the sweetest white spot on top of her head and the biggest, most precious ears.

With June Carter and Johnny Cash already here, we knew she needed a classic musician’s name. Naming her Dolly feels even more special as a small tribute to the one and only Queen of Country.

Mama and baby are both doing wonderfully. Welcome to the family, Dolly Parton! 🤍

This weekend, we worked our tails off in the hot sun to finally get the GOAT-tel and Udder Inn completed! 🐐🔨

We needed a safe place for our girls and new babies where they wouldn’t constantly be pestered by the boys. The boys cleared the area for us, so we figured we might as well build the girls something nice there. 😂

As you can see, we believe in recycling around here! We built a 12×20 GOAT-tel and added an 8×12 Udder Inn. There are still a few finishing touches planned, and the Udder Inn roof will be adjusted later—but our first priority was getting a roof over those new babies!

We also moved the feeder closer to the sleeping area. We’re trying to keep their shelter, food, and babies close together as we start preparing for what we’ve heard may be a brutal winter. Winter prep is officially in the works, and the girls already seem to love their new setup!

Next on the list: Trades Day.

We love our feathered friends, but somehow 20 chickens turned into more than 150—and they have absolutely destroyed our grass. 😅 Our goal now is to downsize, clean and sanitize everything, give the ground time to recover, and reset.

We want our grass back! 😂

Friday afternoon, I was minding my own business and working when I suddenly got the urge to peek outside…

And there were TWO tiny bundles of fuzz wobbling around with Butterscotch. 😳

I ran outside as quickly as I could because surely my eyes were lying. The kids would have told me if two brand-new babies were walking around out there, right?!

Nope. Butterscotch quietly welcomed two sweet, healthy babies all by herself on September 11, 2026—and she has officially redeemed herself a little because she FINALLY gave us a girl! 😂

June is spunky, curious, and already loves cuddles. Johnny is incredibly laid-back and would prefer to spend most of his time taking a nap. They are both doing amazing, and Butterscotch is being a wonderful mama!

Well… we’ve talked and talked about merch, and we finally jumped in. 😂🐔🐐

The Deckers Peckers merch shop is officially LIVE!

We started with a few ideas and somehow ended up with 16 designs — farm chaos, chickens, goats, elder emo problems, 90s nostalgia, questionable decisions and, naturally, Peckers. 😂

Some are loud. Some are ridiculous. Some are a little more normal for those of y'all who aren't ready to announce your elder emo damage to Walmart. 🤘

This is just our first drop, too. We have plenty more ideas coming.

Seriously, thank y'all for supporting our little farm, laughing at the chaos with us, and encouraging us to actually do this. We hope you love them. ❤️
